The new 2018 Volkswagen Golf maybe features conservative look from the outside, however, its smooth power trains and big infotainment upgrades are the big step forward. Under the bonnet of the Volkswagen Golf GTI model we can find a turbocharged 2.0-liter I-4 with the total strength of 220 horses and 258 lb-ft of torque. This engine is paired with a six-speed manual and six-speed dual-clutch gearbox. The new Golf R is powered by a turbocharged 2.0-liter engine that generates 292 horsepower. The engine is matched with either a six-speed manual or seven-speed dual-clutch gearbox.

2018 Volkswagen Golf Release Date and Price

The new 2018 Volkswagen Golf will hit the market in the fall of this year (2017), and the car will cost between $20,715 – $28,815.
